Submit one form for each service request.
Avoid verbal requests!
Submit requests early.
Modifications can be made later as needed. Services
requested after July 1st may not be available, or may be
difficult to provide.
Event Directors: You
are responsible for seeing to it that your event has all it's
necessary equipment and services supplied. If you are
unsure of what your event requires, consult with Barb Stelter,
Ken Blakemore, or Chris Collins.
